completely anonymous and can be viewed by any potential employer and any other visitor of our
website. If they are not a registered user of our services yet they can then make a decision to
become a user and contact you based on your skill profile and the availability you have signalled.
Most of these data can be updated by you at any time, e.g. when your skill profile changes due to
added professional experience. Of course, you will also be able to update your availability calendar
